MONITORING AND OPERATION OF MAIN AND AUXILIARY MACHINERY AND ASSOCIATED CONTROL SYSTEMS
The course provides the training necessary for the ship’s crews to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of modern ship power plants. The engine department members responsible for the power plants are trained to be capable of complying with the safety regulations concerning the operation and maintenance of the protection equipment as well as of the monitoring and alarm systems.
The course is intended for marine engineers and electrical engineers. The seminar classes aim at finding optimum solutions for specific study cases and problematic installations. Particular attention has been paid to the principles, methods of analysis, checks and adjustments of sophisticated automatic control systems using authentic ship’s documentation and real problems.
The course meets requirements of STCW amendments 2010 (ChIII. A-III/I, A-VIII/2))
Course language Bulgarian.
The course might be carried out in English of customer request (another prices is applied).
The course is monitored by the Bulgarian Maritime Administration, which after succesful course completion.
